I only wore these wrestling shoes for a couple of times during Submission Grappling / BJJ practice while I was nursing a foot injury. They fit a little tight, and I somehow managed to get gum stuck on the bottom of the left shoe. With some time, you should be able to scrape the gum off. I purchased these shoes from a major retailer for $49.95.
